The 4-year Framework will comprise of 3 Lots: Lot 1 - Tasks on small infill sites of up to 3 Dwellings; Lot 2 - Tasks on infill sites from 4 up to 20 Dwellings; Lot 3 - Tasks on infill sites of over 21 Dwellings. The nature of the works includes, o The construction of homes, including but not limited to, houses, apartments, and bungalows o The construction of homes for rent, sale, and shared ownership (in some cases mixed tenure) o Land remediation o Feasibility, design, and construction services",
