Stoke on Trent City Council require a competent and suitably experienced consultant to undertake the role of the Project Delivery Lead (Project Director) for the Etruria Valley Link Road Project. For the avoidance of doubt the consultant will be directly be responsible for the design and construction phases of this infrastructure project.
