Notice Description

TfL wish to appoint an Auction House to sell various properties (currently anticipated to be around ten) over the next three years, These properties will be a mixture of commercial and residential along with potentially some land disposals. All assets will be located within Greater London. The contract TfL are looking to award will be for a three year period and with an optional one year extension. If you are interested in bidding for this opportunity please submit an expression of interest via our tendering portal (https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?tabName=opportunities&resetFilter=True) and you will be sent a link to download the tender documents once they have been issued (we expect to issued very shortly after the EOI period ends on 10th November). Other than submitting an EOI no other information is required from you at this stage and there is no further information available for you to review. The deadline to submit an Expression of Interest is end of Wednesday 10th November 2021.
