Notice Description

North Wales Police seek to require the services of building contractors to carrying out construction work valued between PS50,000 and PS300,000 on the North Wales Police & North Wales Fire & Rescue Services Estate. This will be in the form of a framework agreement and will be awarded to a multiple number of contractors and in turn we will conduct mini-competitions or direct awards for specific projects that arise through the length of the contract. Envisaged yearly annual expenditure split across specific job approximately PS750,000. The contract is likely to commence around the 11th of May 2023 and will run for a period of 2 year with the option to extend by a further 3 years in 12 monthly periods.
