NHS Midlands and Lancashire CSU (ML) are seeking an experienced software developer to assist in the maintenance and development of The Escalation Management Solution (EMS+). Managed by the ML Regional Capacity Management Team (RCMT) the application is developed using the following technologies: .NET 7, ASP.NET, C#, React, Microservices, TypeScript, Azure, Web API 2, Agile, SQL Server 2022). We are seeking a .NET Developer with full project life cycle experience and a skill set that encompasses: .NET, .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C# HTML, JavaScript. ML are inviting quotations from individual Software developers with the above skillset to provide ongoing support and maintenance of the system in addition to undertaking system developments to meet the requirements of NHSE and ML's customers. The contract will be based on a 'call-off' process and is estimated to be in place until 31st March 2025. The value will not exceed PS115,000+vat and there is no guarantee of this level of expenditure. Following the receipt of your quote the Evaluation panel will evaluate the proposals against each other within the evaluation matrix below. Final selection will be based on the ability of the developer to provide the required service at the best price, at the optimum performance level and with a clear and demonstrable delivery programme. Bidding developers must obtain for themselves at their own responsibility and expense all information necessary for the preparation of their bids and will be deemed to have availed themselves of all necessary information in submitting bids. In the event that ML decide not to award this contract, there will be no liability for ML for any costs incurred by the bidding providers.
