Research into disabled passengers' experience of 'turn-up-and-go' assistance
Notice Description
ORR currently has a significant knowledge gap regarding the quality of assistance to disabled passengers being provided across the rail network via the 'turn-up-and-go' scheme. We therefore require urgent primary research to provide us with evidence that industry's obligations in this area are being met and that users of turn-up-and-go are being provided with a level of service that meets their needs and expectations. Additional information: Prospective bidders are strongly advised to register their interest on ORR's eTendering portal as early as possible to ensure they receive any further communications regarding this tender. Please note, the closing time for submission of bids is 12:00 Noon on the 23rd of January 2017
