ASRA the construction delivery subsidiary company of Paragon ASRA Housing Limited is approaching the market with an opportunity to re-develop a site located on Westmead Road, Sutton. The Project aims to deliver a 4-storey (ground floor to third floor) development consisting of 35 apartments. The Client aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for both new and existing residents. The Project has achieved planning permission and aims to deliver 35 units of which 15 are one-bedroom, 15 are two-bedroom, and 5 are three-bedroom units. The scheme consists of 1 block with associated services, landscaping, cycle storage and car parking areas. The Project will deliver a play space as well as planting and hard landscaping. The anticipated value of the Project is approximately PS5,500,000 ex VAT. Applicants should note that this sum is indicative only and are not to be read as a fixed or final cost.
