2041 Fire Precaution Work at Sherborne House, Newton Abbot
Notice Description
The Contractor to design and deliver the following Works: * Where required remove and refit existing door access / security control systems and fire alarm fail safe relays to facilitate the door repair and replacement work. * Remedial work to the walls, floors, and duct apertures around the building to maintain the fire compartmentation measure. * Replace or repair existing fire door sets using materials installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions to achieve the minimum specified fire rating and operational performance. * Install dampers to the ventilation system were specified. * Ensure all work is certified to meet the requisite fire performance standard. * Provide completion report to include fire rating certification with photographs for the work carried out. Additional information: APPLICANTS MUST REGISTER AN INTEREST ON THE AUTHORITY'S ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM TO ACCESS THE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT. ONLY APPLICANTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED AN INTEREST WILL RECEIVE UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS AS TO PROGRESS OF THE PROCUREMENT, RESPONSES TO CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION PERTINENT TO THIS OPPORTUNITY.
