Notice Description
The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide an Enforcement Agent Debt Recovery System. 2.1. We are seeking to purchase a software debt collection accounting system that will support the Council's Enforcement Agent collecting council tax, business rates and PCN's using the Taking Control of Goods regulations 2013 (TCG) and collecting non-statutory debts.
