Notice Description
This is a notice for the purpose of transparency only, on behalf of UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) who are are responsible for designing and delivering a customer friendly application process for the EU exit settlement scheme. The contract is for the purpose of enabling an understanding of customers' needs through the delivery of qualitative and quantitative research. This shall enable the Authority to design a process for delivering a customer friendly application process for the EU exit settlement scheme.
