Notice Description

LCC are the approved National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORs) course provider for Leicestershire Police (LP) and provide driver re-education courses on behalf of the Road Safety Partnership (LLRRSP). NDORs is the sole provider. Leicestershire County Council (LCC) take client bookings and payments on behalf of NDORs; LCC then pay NDORs their fee (per client attended); NDORs then pay the referring Police Force. LCC administer the transaction of this only and on behalf of the above mentioned.
