GB-Bath: Three Zone Tube Furnace for Chemical Vapour Deposition
Notice Description
The Department for Chemical Engineering are looking to purchase a three zone tube furnace for chemical vapour deposition (CVD) applications that could heat the samples up to 1700degC. We are hoping to deposit a wide range of materials such as transition metal dichalcogenides (MoS2, MoSe2, WS2...). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
