Notice Description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to refurbish the toilets at Shoebury Common. The works will include upgrading existing sanitary ware, partitions, floor covering, roof, external rendering and internal and external decorations. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. In order to access the opportunity you must express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system free of charge on the link below: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm Please register your interest via the portal no later than 12 noon on 23rd December 2016. You will receive notification from the portal once tender documents become available. The proposed commencement date of this project is 23rd January 2017 and we anticipate a 10 week programme of works.
