Companies with expertise in providing outpatient care and surgical services would be well-suited to compete, especially those looking to establish themselves within the public health sector under the 'Any Qualified Provider' model. The initiative encourages providers to offer core services while also allowing them to propose additional optional services, enabling them to differentiate their proposals and meet diverse patient needs.
