Notice Description

The works are to take place at our Danby Lodge National Park Centre. We are receiving a power upgrade to our National Park Centre at Danby Lodge. Northern power grid are upgrading the power supply to the building, however trenching and ducting is required from the Pilon to the rear of the building for a new metre, from there down the road to our disabled spaces. Our partner Podpoint will be supplying the cabling and installing EV charges at the car park. The trenching is required in all these areas to allow a new meter to be installed and the connection to EV charging unit. Contract to include the completion of these trenching with necessary ducting - Works to include 125mm NEDL ducting, tile warning tape, reinstatement of areas including road to Highway specification and all traffic management plus Section 50 licence to be obtained by contractor. Works to be completed within 3 months at the latest, ideally 2 months from appointment.
