PHG require an annual external factual findings report of service charge statements to ensure compliance with our obligations as per the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. These schemes will be subject to variable service charges and may also have sinking funds/reserve funds associated with them. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
