ITT to Tender to Operate a Junior Fun Fair at Sandwell Valley Concessions 2019 - 2024
Notice Description
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is inviting tenders from responsible and experienced fun fair companies to operate a Junior Fun Fair on Sandwell Valley Country Park on up to a 5-year tender from April 2019 to March 2024. The attraction should consist of a mixture of rides, inflatable bouncing castles and games suitable for use by children of approximately primary school age (up to 11 years old). Closing date: Wednesday 13 March 2019 at 15:00hrs Additional information: The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents. In Order To View the On-Line Questionnaire and Submit a Tender, you will be required to' Opt-In'. For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the 'Guidance for Suppliers' section of the website. All procurement responses must be carried out via the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
