Notice Description

The Integrated Asset Care (IAC) framework is Sellafield Ltd's proposed replacement arrangement to the existing Operation Site Works (OSW) framework. The OSW framework is a key delivery vehicle for Sellafield Ltd completing civil, mechanical and assets care works and projects. The OSW framework has been extended to its maximum term and is approaching expiry. Similar to the OSW framework, the IAC framework will provide core construction and asset care services to Sellafield Ltd. These services will predominantly be delivered at the main Sellafield site; however, the IAC framework may also be required to deliver at alternative off site locations. Examples of the typical IAC scope can be found in the IAC Indicative Scope documentation, accessible via the link in I. 3) Additional information: The purpose of this PIN is to give advanced notice to the market of Sellafield Ltd's intention to commence a competition for the delivery of the Integrated Asset Care (IAC) framework. Sellafield Ltd is currently developing its procurement strategy for the IAC framework and intends to undertake market engagement on matters such as the proposed terms and conditions of contact and incentivisation model. It is intended this early market engagement will take place in Autumn 2020, which will include an industry event. Details of the market engagement will be made available through Sellafield Ltd's Complete Tender Management System (CTM), which can be accessed free of charge at: https://sharedsystems.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=SELLAFIELD Registration details, a briefing pack and a flyer for the industry event will be issued on CTM. All information presented during the industry event will also be available to download from CTM. Sellafield Ltd plan to commence the competition phase of the IAC procurement in early 2021.
