Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Services for the East London & Essex Region
Notice Description
The requirement is for the provision of Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping services on behalf of Peabody within the East London & Essex region. The contract covers all areas of landscape management works, the scope of which is outlined below: The works will comprise but is not limited to:- *Grass maintenance; *Hard surface management keeping weeds within the agreed limit.; *Moss treatment; *Shrub and hedge maintenance; *Low level tree maintenance; *Removal of leaves and other detritious including litter from the hard surfaces and beds; *Weeding of beds; *Seasonal pruning of plants; *and all associated works to, and around the areas identified and agreed.
