Flying Starts Nursery

Notice Description

Flying Starts Nursery Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council ("The Council") invites interested parties ('Tenderers') to participate in a tender exercise for Flying Starts Nursery. The duration of the contract will be for 4 years ('contract period') Tenderers should note that there is a requirement to enter into a lease agreement and an operational agreement. Note the operational agreement and lease agreement will operate from the date of the concession contract and it would be expected to co-terminate on the termination of the concession contract' PLEASE NOTE *potential tenderers who wish to visit the nursery site will need to contact joint_commissioning@sandwell.gov.uk to arrange to book onto the group visit. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents.
