Victims Advocacy Service
Notice Description
The Council are seeking an experienced Service Provider with the capability to deliver Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) and Hate Crime Victims Advocacy Services. The Service will provide casework and advocacy for adult residents of Kensington and Chelsea who are victims of ASB and/or Hate Crime. The contracted Service Provider will develop trusted relationships with service delivery partners and residents to ensure a person-centred approach to support is provided. The types of interventions and activities to be delivered as part of casework will include but are not limited to: - Practical and emotional support - Information advice and guidance - Risk and needs assessments - Face to face, telephone and online support - Help to access more specialist support - Developing personalised safety and action plans in correspondence to resident's needs, risks and vulnerabilities. - Advocating, liaising and communicating with partner agencies such as the police, Council and landlords to address ASB and/or Hate crime experienced. - Support, advice and guidance with regards to civil and criminal justice matters. - Attendance and presentation at multi-agency case conferencing meetings to ensure joined up working and agency actions are coordinated. The initial contract term is for two (2) years and six (6) months with the option to extend by twelve plus twelve (12+ 12) months. The total indicative contract value with extension provision for four years and six months is PS202,500. For further detail go to Capital E Sourcing and look for ITT 16930.
