Notice Description

This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice with regards to Mobile voice and data services. This notice is for information purposes only. The Big Lottery Fund (operating as The National Lottery Community Fund - The Fund) plans to hold a provider engagement event to determine the level of interest in the provision of Mobile Voice and Data Services. Publication of or response to this notice does not commit the Fund or respondents to award any contracts or to any future procurement activity. Following the pre-engagement meeting, the Fund will decide whether it plans to split hardware from the network tariff service. Therefore, this requirement may be split into two separate lots, rather than one. For the avoidance of doubt, the Fund does not have a requirement for a fully managed service, only the provision of mobile voice & data services. The Fund is seeking to commission Mobile voice and Data Services and would like to invite suitably qualified providers to attend a face to face meeting at the Fund. This session will provide the opportunity to gain an understanding of the Fund's intentions for the service and for suppliers to provide feedback on the challenges of the service. The aim of the event is to provide Mobile voice and Data service providers with information that they may find helpful should they wish to submit a bid for the upcoming opportunity as well as the Fund gaining information from Providers on the service. With the writing of this PIN, we anticipate the contract duration to be 2+1 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years), with a commencement date of 1st November 2019. The aim is to appoint a single Provider to deliver the services. We plan to hold three events, over three days, 1.5 hrs are allocated to each supplier with a maximum of 4 spaces available for each day. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. There will be 4 spaces available each day: - Session 1 - 09:00 - 10:30hrs - Session 2 - 11:00 - 12:30hrs - Session 3 - 13:30 - 15:00hrs - Session 4 - 15:30 - 17:00hrs - Day 1 - Tuesday 30th July 2019 - Day 2 - Wednesday 31st July 2019 - Day 3 - Thursday 1st August 2019 Further details including venue details will be provided to those who have secured a place. Any supplier unable to attend the meeting or unable to secure a place will be able to request the notes and information provided in these sessions. Suppliers wishing to attend the Event should register interest by emailing: procurement@tnlcommunityfund.org.uk by no later than 12:00hrs - 19th July 2019 Please provide the following details to express interest in the meeting; - Name of attendee(s) (Maximum of 3 attendees per organisation) - Company Name - Contact Details (Email address and telephone number) Please include 'BIG001-1066 - Mobile and Data Services - TNLCF' as a reference in the subject of the email.
