Summary of the contracting process

The procurement process involves 'The Guinness Partnership Ltd', which is seeking to establish a 'Responsive Repairs Contractor Framework' valued at £6,500,000. This procurement falls under the construction materials and associated items category, specifically focusing on responsive repairs and maintenance services across several geographical regions in England, including the North West, North East, South Central, and South Coast. This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the construction and maintenance sectors, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that can offer responsive repair services. With the option to bid for multiple geographical sectors, this tender is particularly well-suited to companies that specialise in building installation work, repair and maintenance services, and construction materials supply, allowing a wide range of providers to compete and potentially grow their operations within the public sector framework established by The Guinness Partnership.
