Notice Description
ESPO, on behalf of Leicester City Council, is undertaking a supplementary procurement process relating to the licences for the sale of ice cream, hot drinks and snacks from vehicles on designated sites within parks operated by Leicester City Council which were not awarded by preceding procurement exercise reference 338_18 and 338A_18. The concessions will have the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
