Due to the increasing requirement for care home provision throughout the country, Bracknell Forest Council is proposing to create a new care facility in the borough. The site is located on Cross Fell, just off Wild Ridings to the south west of the town centre which is currently undergoing sizable transformation and modernisation. Full details can be found on the South East Business Portal. Additional information: Further details on this project can be found on the South East Business Portal. Contract value between PS8,500,00 and PS10,500,000 depending on final design. Organisations must register their interest on the South East Business Portal in order to receive any changes or notifications issued by the Council during this tender process. The Council will not be held responsible for lack of communication to any organisation who does not register their interest.
