This call off contract is for the Supply and Application of Bituminous Based Binder Products to East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Highways Team. This call for competition is for Economic Operators to tender for the materials and services under each of the five DPS lots. The lots are as followed: Lot 1 - Roadmaster Binder Supply only Lot 2 - Supply & Application of Bituminous Bond Coat Lot 3 - Slurry Seal Binder Supply Only Lot 4 - Supply & Application of Binders suitable for Surface Dressing Lot 5 - Supply of Miscellaneous Bituminous Based Products
