Mid Sussex District Council - Wellbeing Coaches
Notice Description
Mid Sussex District Council (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of Wellbeing Coaches to deliver tailored wellbeing support to working age adults in Mid Sussex to reduce their risk of cardio vascular disease. This is will be achieved by supporting them to develop healthier lifestyles with a focus on obesity and healthy eating, physical activity levels, and alcohol consumption. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Wednesday 01 April 2020. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years until Thursday 31 March 2022 with an option to extend for a further 12 month period subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
