ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of predominantly social housing properties. ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple Contractors for the provision of servicing, testing, installation and refurbishment work on passenger/goods lifts across social housing properties but may also be carried out in other public buildings or premised owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations, including but not limited to, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices
