Notice Description

Worcester City Council is seeking a contractor to undertake repairs, maintenance and planned works at the direction of the Client for the three water features noted below (all located within the city boundaries). - Gheluvelt Park Splashpad. - Cripplegate Park fountain [Grade II Listed] - Quayhead Fountain The service to be provided is described in three categories: A - Regular servicing during the operational period of the fountains. This will include microbiological and Ph water testing. B - Reactive maintenance and repairs according to a priority assigned by the Client. C - Planned maintenance up to a maximum value of PS10,000 per order, (subject to quotation and demonstration of Best Value). Please see the procurement documents for further information. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents Additional information: The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
