The MHRA has identified a need for the provision of an Enterprise Architecture service to assure the delivery of digital and operational transformation business-as-usual activities and projects. The service will aim to deliver the following outcomes: * Return EA to providing an assurance role, rather than design * Challenge and drive MHRA and its suppliers to make the right architectural decisions * Ensure key architectural decisions are fully explored, documented and delivered * Get ahead of the portfolio and focus on guiding projects * Provide a fully managed service, with no key person dependencies * Ensure MHRA knowledge repositories are current, accessible and used * Ensure stakeholders are informed and on-board with technology strategy * Bring new ideas based on our experience of what works
