Orbis Procurement on behalf of Brighton and Hove City Council are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Reactive Fabric Maintenance Works. The prime aim of this Framework Agreement is to facilitate the following works: - General Building Works The Framework is intended to be in place for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend it to 4th year. No value, volume of work or exclusivity is implied or guaranteed under this Framework.
