Deliverables include: * a set of design principles outlining the overall approach to information architecture and records management. * definition of the broad site architecture that correspond to high level groupings of content. * a metadata schema which defines the essential attributes that are needed to describe information assets across the organisation. * the identification of required taxonomies, an outline of their structure, and starter term sets. * an initial set of content types required by Office 365, including initial metadata fields. * an outline file plan and associated retention labels in a form suitable for use in Microsoft 365 to support the application of the Homes England retention schedule to content.
