It is the client's intention to undertake works to both Respond and Lavender Court. The works comprise: * Remodelling of 2 Bungalows to create 2 self-contained flats and 10 bedrooms with disabled en-suite facilities. * Revised kitchen, laundry and communal spaces * Revised heating and electrical layout * Provision of new fire alarm and associated fittings * Options for assisted technology * Division of external spaces * New storage units externally * Future proofing of building for all types of users with learning and physical disabilities.
