The Council is currently reviewing whether there is a commercially viable model to build, fit and partner in the delivery of a cafe at the council owned crematorium at Huntingdon road. As part of that option appraisal, the council is seeking to understand * If such an operation would be considered commercial viable by the industry, and, if so * What would the operating and contractual model look like?
