The works will be undertaken at the following addresses; * Croydon University Hospital, 530 London Road, Thornton Heath CR7 7YE. * Croydon, Thornton Heath, CR7 7YE. * Purley War Memorial Hospital, 856 Brighton Road, Purley CR8 2YL * Sanderstead Clinic, 40 Rectory Park, Sanderstead, CR2 9JN * Waddon Clinic, 1A Coldharbour Road, Waddon, CR0 4DY * Shirley Clinic, 135 Shirley Road, Shirley, CR0 7LR This document contains important information about the procurement process and the contract that CHS intends to award. The duration of the Measured Term Maintenance Contract is for ONE year extendible for a further 2 years.
