Homes England require a Multiple Utility Provider (MUP) to procure and install new gas, electric and water infrastructure, including connections. The development site, Basford East, is located approximately 3 miles south of Crewe and is accessed from the A5020 David Whitby Way. Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system. Tenderers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through the Homes England eTendering system.
