Main Contractor: Art Centre Penryn - School Room
Notice Description
This project will repair and re-purpose the Grade II Listed School Room at Art Centre Penryn to create an active community art building. The building fabric will be repaired and the interior will be reorganised to create community art spaces to the ground floor and artist's studios for rent to the first floor, office and kitchen facilities. The Works are to be carried in one single phase. How to apply: Contractors that are interested in tendering for this work must request a tender pack from: Trevor Humphreys Associates (QS): thassociates@sky.com Beth Fisher, Dow Jones Architects (Architect): beth@dowjonesarchitects.com A full tender pack will be supplied by return email. Please note the tender submission stages as described in the Preliminaries page 16 A30.200. The initial stage requires the submission to include the commercial bid. Form of Tender / Non Collusion Pricing Document (in original excel form - no pdfs) and preliminaries breakdown Please be ready to submit your Quality submission for the stage 2 process if requested within 3 working days. Please check that the tender documentation is accessible from the file transfer. Please advise if any parts are missing. Having checked the contents please confirm as soon as possible that you intend to submit a bona fide tender. Please submit the tender by email to: Megan Beck (client): megan@artcentrepenryn.org with the subject matter "TENDER FOR THE ART CENTRE PENRYN MAIN CONTRACTOR - NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE TENDER DEADLINE".
