Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Jewry Wall Museum and Walkway - Phase 2. The proposed project will be made up of the following items of work: The Contractor is responsible for design, supply of materials, completion of all works and rectification of defects over a 12-month period. Internal fit out to shell and external works including: * New heating system * Air handling * Fire alarm * CCTV * Electrical infrastructure * New lift * Staircase * Non-load bearing elements * Finishes and fixtures. * Resurfacing of St Nicholas Walk All other works detailed in Employers Requirements.
