Bidders who pass the Stage One (Conditions of Participation) checks will be invited to a Stage two process where they will be asked to submit responses to a number of Working Methods questions (Quality Evaluation). These questions will only be provided during the Stage Two process. Bidders must be registered with the CQC for the provision of Homecare services and must have a rating of "Good" or "Outstanding".
