Notice Description
LB Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors for the design and build of a new residential development of 23 new social rent homes (5 x 1 bed, 14 x 2 bed, and 4 x 3 bed) in two linked buildings of 4/6 storeys with associated landscaping and children's play space at Rye Hill Estate, Peckham Rye, SE15. The site is currently occupied by garages which are to be demolished and is located within a densely populated urban area in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings. Additional information: Please note that all expressions of interest and clarifications must be officially made though Southwark's eProcurement portal, Pro-Contract. https://procontract.due-north.com/login Project information number - DN330028 If you are not already registered on the Pro-Contract procurement portal you can complete the process by clicking the "Register Free" link on the front page. Once you have registered you will be able to access the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and related guidance notes as well as a full suite of tender documents for the ITT stage of this procurement.
