Notice Description

The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) requires a Circular Dichroism (CD) spectrophotometer for characterization of bio macro molecular structure, function and stability under a wide variety of experimental conditions. At NPL we are interested in understanding higher order structures of peptides and proteins that we produce in house and their mechanism of interaction with membrane mimics. Moreover, we are drawn to understand assembly of long protein structures and its interaction along with nucleic acids structure and interaction with small and macro molecules. Circular Dichroism (CD) and Linear Dichroism (LD) have become important part of our research activities and therefore, valuable additions to our state-of-the-art facility.
