Notice Description
Gloucestershire Hospitals Subsidiary Company Ltd trading as Gloucestershire Managed Services is seeking a pre-planned contract to ensure their equipment is kept in a safe and reliable working order and operating with optimum efficiency. Reactive, ad-hoc work and parts to be charged in addition to the fixed price contract at a preferential rate which will be scored as part of the tender evaluation (details of how this will be evaluated is detailed in the Tender Information Document). Ad-hoc work is not guaranteed business and the Client reserves the right to instruct alternative companies to carry out ad-hoc work if necessary. Additional information: The tender documents can be accessed at https://www.procurementservices.co.uk/lifecycle-tenders Potential bidders must send an email from the above web address to be registered on the tender portal. This will issue a verification email to allow the submission of your bid. Clarification questions should be issued as soon as possible, but in any event before 23/08/2024. The Trust cannot guarantee that it will be able to respond to a clarification question if it is received after this date.
