    Any questions in relation to this tender must be submitted through the discussions link on "http://www.yortender.co.uk/" Leeds City Council is seeking tenders to provide a reliable, robust, end-to-end gully cleansing software solution to support the Environmental Action Service who manage the cyclical and reactive cleansing of the city's gullies, which currently number approx. 144,000.
