Torus are seeking to appoint a single provider to enter into an agreement to provide External Wall Insulation at Elmhouse Estate and Blenheim St This procurement is being conducted utilising the OJEU process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") and its subsequent amendments as described in the OJEU Contact Notice and throughout this invitation to tender ("ITT").
