Cherwell and South Northamptonshire District Councils are working as a joint strategic partnership. A key enabler to sharing services across the councils' is the harmonisation of back office systems, using a single or fewer systems across both councils'. The harmonisation of Land and Property (L&P) applications has been identified as an opportunity to further exploit efficiencies and savings across both councils.
