Herefordshire Council is currently reviewing the provision of the statutory environmental management software solution and have engaged Hoople Ltd, a company owned by Herefordshire Council, to support with this activity. Information provided as part of this 'Request For Information' will assist the council in finalising the requirements of the solution and approach to the market. The software needs to manage the following statutory service areas; Planning Services, Conservation, Landscapes, Building Control, Trading Standards, Environmental Health, Private Sector Housing, Licensing, Waste Management, Animal Health and Welfare, Community Protection Team, Pest Control, Gypsy and Travellers Service, Protection of Children and Strategic Housing.
