Notice Description

The works generally comprise the erection of all necessary health and safety to facilitate the works, removal of redundant extraction equipment, installation of an ashgrid system and associated vapour control and the installation of new 0.7mm gauge plastic coated roofing sheets, installation of new flashings etc as required, preparation and recoating of the profiled metal roof sheets located to the internal face of the parapet details and cleaning and re-coating of the existing pressed metal gutters. The contractor will be fully responsible for the provision of suitably experienced and qualified labour and all materials required to complete the work.
