The NHS has a legal duty to work with people and communities. NHS England and NHS Improvement's Public Participation team have a spectrum of projects that support the organisation to work well with people and communities, including through Patient and Public Voice (PPV) partners. As part of its support offer, the Public Participation team provides training opportunities, including e-learning and face-to-face/virtual development opportunities, for PPV partners. NHS England and NHS Improvement are currently seeking a supplier to deliver PPV Influence and Impact, appoint 10 new Peer Trainers, and design and deliver development training for existing and new Peer Trainers. The suggested timeframe for delivering PPV Influence and Impact is to train 3 cohorts (up to 20 people per group) across October 2021, January 2022 and March 2022.
