The system will be 'cloud' based and cover the following main functional areas: * Employee record and data management * Absence and leave management * Workflow integration and reminders * Employee and manager self-service * Performance management * Employee relations * Expenses * Learning & Development * Reporting * Recruitment The contract will operate for an initial 5 years period from the 1st April 2020, with a planned go live date of 1st June 2020, to 31st March 2025 with an option to extend, subject to agreement by both parties, up to a maximum of a further 5 x 1 year periods.
