Notice Description
Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social and Social Care (DH) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") have Direct awarded Northgate via negotiated procedure the development licence for the custom software of the new Apollo Platform (formerly S4H platform) for the screening of the National Infant Physical Examination (NIPE) Screening programme.
